How red is the IR cut filter red dot?

To those who have pruchased the RedDotIR cut filters, how bright red a reflection do you get for the hundreds spent? Is it as bright red as the red Leica badge under the right light or brighter?

 

And which is more of a conversation starter -- the M8 or the red reflection on the front of the lens?

I find that the pictures on the LCD on the back of the M8 are much more of a conversation starter than any red accessories. It's been attracting quite a lot of attention over the past two days. I've even had four "civilians" come up to me unsolicited and say "is that the new M8? cool! Can I try it?"

 

I let 'em try it. They liked it.
