Jerry, there would be discussions of a similar complexity if a group of film techies were discussing how film was made and how developers work. The great thing as a photographer is that you only need to know as much of the technical side as you want to. sdai Posted November 15, 2006 Share #23 Posted November 15, 2006 I don't have a clue to what these bits do and couldn't care less how it does but was ONLY curious to find out ... why such a "seems-to-be" vital information, which every other "serious" digital camera must include in their spec sheet, could disappear mysteriously from everything referring to the M8, perhaps they just forgot something?
