Advertisement Posted November 14, 2006 Posted November 14, 2006 Hi ChristopheBoete, Take a look here Ban Jelačić Square, Zagreb, Croatia . I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
jackart Posted November 14, 2006 Share #2 Posted November 14, 2006 Christophe, Your foto is not sharp. It lacks detail and is overall grey, no blacks and no whites. I would say that it is well below the average of this forum. What is Your camera and do You use Photoshop (or analog) for after-processing? Lets keep Leica forum quality on the high level! -Jaak
ChristopheBoete Posted November 14, 2006 Author Share #3 Posted November 14, 2006 Hi Jaak, I am using a Leica M7 / summicron 50/2. Sorry if the image does not make you happy... I've scanned a reduced it with the GIMP... Do other memeber of the forum see it 'grey' or could it be a 'screen' explanation... I'll check it later... Peyton Hoge Posted November 14, 2006 Share #4 Posted November 14, 2006 It is gray....almost a solarized look. It could probably be somewhat improved in Photoshop.
jackart Posted November 14, 2006 Share #5 Posted November 14, 2006 Hi Jaak, Do other memeber of the forum see it 'grey' or could it be a 'screen' explanation... I'll check it later... Christophe I have quite excellent monitor. You may look at the histogram of this photo, it totally lacks dynamics. M7 w Summicron should produce sharp image also. May-be Your scanner is broken. -Jaak
