I have a pair of CyberSync CST Transmitters, 3 CyberSync CSR+ (line powered for my Alien Bees lights) and 3 CyberSync CSRB battery operate receivers for use with whatever battery powered strobes I might be using. The receivers can also be used as remote triggers for many cameras. Alien Bees are less expensive than Pocket Wizards, but cost more than the ones on eBay. They won't work wirelessly with some Sekonic flash meters like the Pocket Wizards will. Reports from folks who have used both Alien Bees and the eBay remotes indicate greater reliability and range with the Alien Bees. You can use an Alien Bee receiver as a relay unit to a more distant receiver. Paul C.
