Guest guy_mancuso Posted November 10, 2006 Share #1 Posted November 10, 2006 Advertisement (gone after registration) I mentioned this in the C1 article about changing the camera profile from the M8 to the R9 . I noticed the M8 is more magenta and the R9 is more neutral in tone. So you may want to try this if things like skin tones are going to the magenta side. Now this is a tough image it is backlit and i did not WB here. First image is the M8 profile than the R9 camera profile

Guest guy_mancuso Posted November 10, 2006 Share #2 Posted November 10, 2006 We are dealing with a really dirty face here, guess that's why they are called kids but as you can see the difference in color between the 2 . Now we are going to have to retest this stuff with the Cut filters also and see if we are getting some IR in the files right from the start. I tend to think we are. I think color is going to be a little hard to test right now until some of the fixes are in place but some stuff you can play with now and trying to figure this out. BTW that was with the 35mm lux Asph at f2 or so
