dfarkas Posted June 23, 2009 Share #2 Posted June 23, 2009 Pradovit D-1200 data projector: any experience with one yet? Is it that much better than other data projectors? Quiet or noisy (in operation?) Anyone? -g Yes, I have used the Pradovit D-1200 projector on several occasions. It is truly stunning. The color that it can produce out of the box, without a lot of adjustment or calibration is amazing. Bright, crisp images, with great contrast, subtle nuance, and smooth transitions. It is quite tiny and very quiet when compared to other projectors in its class (about the same dB as a laptop hard drive spinning). With the right projection screen, the Pradovit will surely impress. Steve Ash Posted June 25, 2009 Share #3 Posted June 25, 2009 There is a test of the pradovit which is available on the Leica website. To make it short: The Leica Pradovit was the cheapest but outpaced the other two (canon and panasonic) by far. Steve
