kwanikiva Posted June 15, 2009 Share #1 Posted June 15, 2009 Advertisement (gone after registration) Hello! I just purchased a Digilux 3 and cannot seem to access the Auto Review Mode. When I scroll through the menu, that setting is greyed out and skipped over. I have done the Firmware Update and am aware that there is an update included for this function, so I'm confused as to why I cannot access it. Any help is very appreciated! Marquinius Posted June 15, 2009 Share #2 Posted June 15, 2009 I checked my Digilux 3 and I can set auto view A-Okay. Fiddled around some, but could not get it to grey out. Hmm. Will give it some more thought.
kwanikiva Posted June 16, 2009 Author Share #3 Posted June 16, 2009 Thanks, Marco, I appreciate the reply. I hate it when things don't make sense! I've never called Leica Support - is there such a thing? Parrish

Parrish As far as I understand it, "Auto Review" is grayed if the camera is set on multiple exposures, either on continuous shooting or bracketing, while it's enabled when set on single exposure (which includes the timer). Guess the idea is that AR would slow things down on those situations ... so better check the position of the lever at the back of shutter speed dial. Hope this helps. kwanikiva Posted June 20, 2009 Author Share #5 Posted June 20, 2009 That worked! I had changed the settings to bracket by mistake. Thank you so much. I enjoyed your photographs very much, especially the Elva folio - the early October 2006 mists remind me of the Blue Ridge Mountains in my home state of North Carolina. Thank you again for your kind help, Parrish
Marquinius Posted June 20, 2009 Share #6 Posted June 20, 2009 Ah, I never thought of that. Worthy thread this, because it will happen to me one day
