santila Posted June 9, 2009 Share #1 Posted June 9, 2009 Advertisement (gone after registration) This film was one of my favorite. Seems it is still aviable in Germany. Any one shooting with this film? Next to it is Kodak E100G. Both films are chromes. Recently I did shut Ektar 100 (negative) but no result yet to evaluate this film. I be living for Germany in ten days and debating whereupon should buy the Agfa Precisa or go with the Ektar 100 and scan my negatives. Will take with me R8, 50mm, 21mm and 135mm. Advertisement Posted June 9, 2009 Posted June 9, 2009 Hi santila, Take a look here Agfa CT Precisa. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
NZDavid Posted June 9, 2009 Share #2 Posted June 9, 2009 Agfa CT Precisa was very accurate, like Agfa's RSX, but slightly grainy. I prefer the E100. Don't know about Ektar, I just got some rolls to try. I would definitely buy before you go -- if only because you can then spend your travel time enjoying yourself instead of hunting for film. Animalcito Posted June 16, 2009 Share #3 Posted June 16, 2009 Yes there is a film called AGFA CT Precisa available here in Germany. But unfortunately it is not the original AGFA film emulsion. The actual CT Precisa is obviously a relabeled Kodak Elite Chrome 100. So that film has a different colour balance. Have a nice stay here in Germany. I´m already looking forward for my next trip to the United States.
