daytrader Posted June 4, 2009 Share #1 Posted June 4, 2009 Advertisement (gone after registration) Anyone have a C-lux 3 and get an irritating noise when playing back the high definition video it records on a computer or tv? Everything sounds great obviously when playing back the video on the camera, but when I play it back on a pc or tv I hear a noise the camera or lens seem to make when it's focusing or adjusting to light maybe? Anyone have a clue? Do all the c-lux 3 make this noise? I just bought this camera and love the pictures it takes but this noise is bugging me with the HD video. Thanks in advance! daytrader Posted June 4, 2009 Author Share #2 Posted June 4, 2009 Forgot to add that the noise doesn't sound that bad when I'm playing back recorded hd video from outdoors on my computer and tv but if i'm playing back hd video indoors and the audio is quiet then I hear the noise what seems like every time I aim the camera at something new. I see you posted this a few months ago, I hope you receive this. But, I too am experiencing poor sound quality when viewing my HD videos on my PC. I must add that it appears fine when filming in a normal 'quiet' environment. But, I attend a lot of concerts, and the sound playback is always 'blown out'. The levels way too high, as if the mic is too sensitive. I'm wondering if this is what you are experiencing. I've used less expensive compact cameras in the past that haven't had this issue, so I'm disappointed to say the least. Your comments are appreciated.
