LarryK Posted November 6, 2006 Share #1 Posted November 6, 2006 Advertisement (gone after registration) Hello, Well, I'm not a sports photographer and I wouldn't call the M8 a sports photographer's camera, but here are my shots from today's marathon: Leica M8 at the New York City Marathon We know a couple of people who run the race so we always go out to cheer for them. Sorry, I didn't get any shots of the winners but I got a bunch of shots of Lance. I got a couple of weird, totally overexposed, blown shots, but I kind of like the effect! All of these were taken with the 50mm 1.4 ASPH. It is hard to photograph this kind of event without a long lens, I miss the 20D on these occasions..
