mhanke Posted November 9, 2006 Share #5 Posted November 9, 2006 To my eyes, I have to admit, the landscape looks imprisoned in that framing. I miss the space. Regards, Marcus

I miss the space. Regards, Marcus Here's one I took a year or so ago that might be more to your liking (taken from a very similar spot) http://www.leica-camera-user.com/customer-forum/2341-posting-multiple-images-threads.html?highlight=snowdon
robert_parker Posted November 9, 2006 Share #8 Posted November 9, 2006 Andy This one really works !! Involving composition, interesting and natural colours and super tones and textures - the sky looks just right and really makes it for me. There's also a neat use of perspective and vanishing point. spylaw4 Posted November 10, 2006 Share #9 Posted November 10, 2006 A very atmospheric shot Andy. One can almost feel the weather! But I do tend to agree with Marcus about the black border.
andybarton Posted November 10, 2006 Author Share #10 Posted November 10, 2006 Interesting comments about the frame, guys. I hadn't picked that up from Marcus's post. Maybe what this really needs is a 19mm - get some width in it too...
