Advertisement Posted May 9, 2009 Posted May 9, 2009 Hi nugat, Take a look here GH1 high ISO better than G1, equal to Canikon APS-C. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
cobbslane Posted May 9, 2009 Share #2 Posted May 9, 2009 Veeeery interesting! I just checked on the comparison of the Pano LX3 (review dated 20/10/08) and the Canon 40D (review dated 24/10/07) Observations: 1. Comparing the pics of the large house front elevation reveals that the garden is largely unchanged with the plants growing very little inside a year. Yet... 2. Comparing the pics of the woman holding the bunch of flowers shows that she has not only dyed her hair in the year but has aged by about 20years! Cannot understand it myself. adan Posted May 9, 2009 Share #3 Posted May 9, 2009 Given the price just announced for the GH-1, I would hope it performs at least as well as a Canikon APS. It costs at least 30% more ($1499 US, Eu1550 in Germany, per dpreview). - although I guess those of us who live in glass M8s shouldn't throw stones. The price point comparison should be Nikon D90 and Canon 5Dm2--because of the video. Here GH1 and its 14-140 HD kit lens (included) beats both in ergonomics and quality. Stills quality wise GH1 is not there yet.
