biglouis Posted November 4, 2006 Share #4 Â Posted November 4, 2006 OK, I've seen some strange stuff going up all over London wall and the surrounding area but this is just bizzare. I am right in assuming that it is not the external scaffolding?? Â LouisB
spylaw4 Posted November 4, 2006 Author Share #5 Â Posted November 4, 2006 Your assumption is correct Louis. I presume that these metal panels act as a sort of 'brise-soleil' as the building faces generally south and needs some shading from direct sun. elansprint72 Posted November 12, 2006 Share #7 Â Posted November 12, 2006 Advertisement (gone after registration) Brian, I hope they put a scale model into a wind-tunnel and fully tested all the variables? Remember October '87? Â Show us more of this "thing", please.
spylaw4 Posted November 13, 2006 Author Share #8 Â Posted November 13, 2006 I hope to get some more shortly - but the road outside is still full of builders' clutter and is closed off so one can't get close enough for the shots I want. Â John - let's just say for the moment that the metal 'flaps' could well be meant to represent eyelids!
