I am new to the forum, and because of what I read and saw here, I bought a new D-Lux 4. I truly love the camera, and wanted to share a few photos with you, for those considering the purchase of a D-Lux 4. Here is the link to my Flickr site: Flickr: PresidioGary's Photostream (The Disney photos and Chick photos were all taken with this camera. Seriously, as has already been said, these shots show what both you and the camera can do. Lastly, it's a shame you didn't use flash for the bird shots - then they would have been the perfect example of "Chick Lit"... Regards. Bill

gsphoto Posted April 17, 2009 Author Share #12 Posted April 17, 2009 Great photos, how close did You stand to the trains passing by? Thanks... I was just about 3-4 feet from the closest rail, but used a zoom lens (on a Nikon D40) to fill the frame. The trains were moving very slowly, or I would've been a little farther from the rails .
