tape measure position for dlux 4

Hi,

 

assumed I give some digital cameras the following positions on the tape measure, where would you position dlux 4 for optical quality?

 

clux 1 - reference point 1.0 m

early DSLR's like Canon 300D - 1.7 m

newer DSLR's like M8, Nikon d300 or other - 2.0m

 

Main interst is to find out how much better the Dlux 4 is than the clux 1 is and how close it is to the early DSLR's.

I would describe the clux 1 a plastic lens camera with much blue in the picture if you photograph into the backlight (you should understand this to answer the question).
