biglouis Posted March 3, 2009 Share #1 Posted March 3, 2009 Advertisement (gone after registration) M8 lux-35-asph An e-mail conversation with Andy Barton about Spitalfields reminded me of this previously unprocessed capture of my young friend and Bengali entrepreneur. I wanted to round off the shoot by positioning him at this point in Brick Lane on the entrance to Fournier Street. Behind him is the imposing spire of Christ Church spitalfields, and to the left the Hugenot weaver's houses. To the right is the wall of the Brick Lane Mosque, a former Methodist Church, which was also a synagogue. I only wish the light had been better that day.
