The only thing I would change would be the point of focus so that the woman facing away wasn't so sharp and leads us into the frame, and the man facing the camera was sharp or very close to. I don't think you can get away with someone looking straight down the barrel being out of focus because we seem to be drawn to faces and face recognition is high on our subconscious agenda. Everything else works pretty well.

 

Definitely a learner for me, I would have been really focused on the woman and wouldn't have noticed the fellow looking in, if he wasn't my primary subject.
