TD1 Posted February 28, 2009 Share #1 Posted February 28, 2009 Advertisement (gone after registration) Hi I reasently got my Digilux 3 back from service, it performed normal but did not record any images. Leica uppgraded the Firmware and its now back in order. But I found that I now have 3 modes of OIS instead of 2. Only 2 is mentioned in the user manual. Can anyone tell me the differences in the 3 OIS modes? Also the letter from Leica Service stated that they adwiced me always to use OIS on?

rsolomon Posted March 1, 2009 Share #3 Posted March 1, 2009 yes the panning mode came with the firmware upgrade. see this page Leica Camera AG - Downloads and look for the "notes for firmware upgrade" , its a pdf file toward the bottom of the page Rich
