schwabajb Posted February 22, 2009 Share #1 Posted February 22, 2009 Advertisement (gone after registration) Dear Leica Lovers, I have a very old Leica, curious to its value. It probably is a 1928 Leica 1, serial number 124157. It has a 1:2 Summar lens, serial number 190692. The body is grainy leather finish with black housing on top. Earnst Leitz Wetzler D.R.P etched below Leica in script on shiny black housing. Serial number is etched just above flash mount. Could anyone post a picture of one of these, or is there a website with pictures? Thanks, schwabajb

Robert J Posted February 22, 2009 Share #2 Posted February 22, 2009 Accoding to the serial number your camera should be a chrome leica III from 1933.Your camera is black though.Could you post a photo of your camera?
