rf382 Posted February 18, 2009 Share #1 Posted February 18, 2009 Advertisement (gone after registration) Last week, members of the local rodent population were getting too close to our house for comfort, so I phoned the Environment Department, and asked for someone to come and deal with the problem. The next morning, my wife called me to look out of the kitchen window, and I saw this little fellow munching an apple that had been put out for the blackbirds. I grabbed my wife's PanaLeica fz50 and took a quick shot through the kitchen window. The following day, the chap from the Environment Department came to do his duty. We haven't seen Ratty since, and I feel really, really bad about it. David.

biglouis Posted February 21, 2009 Share #4 Posted February 21, 2009 Just remember the bubonic plaque and black death.... that'll cure you of any misplaced sentimentality towards rats. Great picture, btw. LousiB
