jimbo035 Posted January 31, 2009 Share #1 Posted January 31, 2009 Advertisement (gone after registration) Whilst in the process of claiming a free case for my camera, I came across this "warning" from Robert White - Robert White - Specialist Camera and Photographic Suppliers of Nikon, Canon, Leica, Hasselblad, Mamiya, Zeiss Ikon, Voigtlander, Quantum etc. Please note: The Leica case must not be used together with the strap supplied with the D-Lux 4 - doing so would lead the camera body being scratched and would not allow the case to be closed properly. Instead, please use the wrist strap supplied with the case. In my ignorance I had assumed that the case was of the familiar "ever-ready" type. (often mockingly referred to in the past as "never-ready"). So may at some stage dispose of the case as I prefer to "wear" a 35mm or Compact Digital camera in the conventional way, i.e. with a shoulder strap hung around my neck at chest level. Do you suppose it will raise enough cash to by a lens adapter + protection filter
