Stefan, you have it! These are the Vazquez Rocks, just north of L.A., on the way to Palmdale. The earthquake faultlines in the area pushed these rocks up - it is very close to the San Andreas Fault. I was told that the place was named after a bandit who would hide there from the police whenever things got a bit too hot in the city... Nice place to visit.

Your turn, Stefan!

Okay, we want to know what this is & who designed it. Should be trivial if you've seen it.

Ah, ok. Sorry but writing from an iphone is not that fast! I'll post mine. Soon.

BTW a friend of mine who lives in Atlanta she did know quite well that University and I remember that once she said to me "we do have the pantheon too!!" as soon as she saw the original one! ;)

So that's why it looked familiar to me, She sent me some pictures of it!

Ciao.

So, here we go! What is the name of this place, and where is it?

It's not that difficult IMO...

None of these two answers is right. BTW you're not that far.

Let me give you a hint, this place was recently filmed in a "road movie"... the typical building of this town, is what you can see in the backgriund.;)
