doubice Posted March 22, 2012 Share #9892 Posted March 22, 2012 A wild guess just because of the white/blue/red flag - I don't think it is in Slovakia or Serbia but, could be Slovenia. If it is - another wild guess - Ljubljana? Cheers, Jan
smgorsch Posted March 22, 2012 Share #9893 Posted March 22, 2012 A wild guess just because of the white/blue/red flag - I don't think it is in Slovakia or Serbia but, could be Slovenia. If it is - another wild guess - Ljubljana? Cheers, Jan You're pretty good at wild guessing. I've spent time in Slovenia and still couldn't tell you what it's flag was. Over to you Stefan
doubice Posted March 22, 2012 Share #9894 Posted March 22, 2012 Thanks, Stefan. There are really only three countries in Europe with a flag in those colours - the ones I named. The flags differ in the location and type of the country's emblem and that is why I eliminated Slovakia and Serbia. That left Slovenia and its capital Ljubljana, which incidentally is a beautiful city - I visited there many years ago, still during Tito years.... I will need about a day to root through my slides and files - off to the office now. Cheers, Jan
