I wont go too far west. Then i might be without a decent public pension and health care system. Could it be somewhere in Germany?

 

Well, good health care is moving westward too.

Second Hint: This seems to have been more difficult than I expected. How can people identify obscure churches seen from odd angles but fail to get the Federal Parliament Building of a central european country?
