AZach Posted September 4, 2020 Share #19633 Posted September 4, 2020 This is David Goreje, monastery on the Georgia-Azerbaijan border. Most of the 700 caves were destroyed during Soviet time as the Red Army used the caves as targets for their tank artillery shooting practice. There is a remaining wall painting “Last Supper”, claimed to be the World’s oldest version of the theme. Over to otto.f. Welcome, dear visitor! Today: Lyon-Grand Colombier, what's your pronostique, Otto? 😉 You are one week ahead 😀, today is Pau - Laruns. I think today is the day for climbers without a high ranking in the GC, so Kämna, Formolo, Lutsenko could come up with a flight early in the stage. Maybe Alaphilippe will join. And Cosnefoy for his mountain jersey. But I’m not sure whether Pogaçar will stay quiet and won’t try to steal another minute from his rivals, he might have seen yesterday that Rogliç was not at his best.
