I did find the correct image, but it was only referenced as Mojave2.jpg in an article really about the Vets cross, and maybe it is even wrongly attributed, I was flying blind:o:D. Bonus points for the names of the peaks in the background. The one in the center is the tallest peak in this region. Ken (suilverman) had guessed Lake Louise and the high sierras.
