Mark Pedley Posted January 15, 2009 Share #1 Posted January 15, 2009 Advertisement (gone after registration) Dear All, enjoying my new MP very much. Yesterday, I had a requirement to change film type before I had exposed all frames (shot about 12 frames of 36 frame Velvia). I flipped the rewind lever, but could not rewind the film. Up to this point, the film advance had been smooth, red dots turning etc . I did not try to force the rewind, of course. However, after firing off the rest of the roll, then I was able to rewind as normal. I sacrificed a second roll of film to verify the behavior. Same again. Cannot rewind unless all frames exposed. Have I missed something? Is mid-roll rewind not possible with the MP? Thanks for feedback Mark

Guest Bernd Banken Posted January 15, 2009 Share #2 Posted January 15, 2009 Did you try it with the shutter re-cocked and/or unrecocked?
