Photon42 Posted January 15, 2009 Share #2 Posted January 15, 2009 I use a Metz 54i with a couple of different cameras, normally in Auto (A) mode. Works very well w/o correction, usually. Theoretically TTL should work the best, I just hate the pre-flash it fires, when set to TTL operation. If you use the M mode, you'd either have to calculate / estimate the proper aperture, or, even better, measure it with an external flash meter.
