abrewer Posted October 18, 2006 Share #1  Posted October 18, 2006 Advertisement (gone after registration) Adobe has the latest Camera RAW plug in's (for both Win and MAC, Photoshop and Elements) available for download from its website.  This is the one that supports the new Leica Digilux 3 and Leica D-LUX 3 cameras unveiled at Photokina, as well as the Panasonic DMC LX2, Canon Digital Rebel 400D/XTi and Nikon D80 platforms.  Adobe Camera Downloads Page  You can also download the free (for now) Adobe DNG Convertor as part of the bundle.  I played with the latter for awhile last night. It's intuitive in its use and fairly speedy. Took only about thirty seconds to convert four 20MB RAW files to DNG for me.  Thanks Adobe!  Allan

georgeollen Posted September 26, 2007 Share #2 Â Posted September 26, 2007 Hello, Â I just bought a D-Lux 3 and have just read in my iPhoto 4 manual that iPhoto does not support RAW files. Is the software you mentioned the answer to this problem? Â I'm completely new to digital cameras and their support software. If you have any further tips on how to make this thing run right on an iBook running OSX 10.4.10 , with iPhoto 4.0.3 , I would appreciate hearing more. Thanks, Â George Ollen
andybarton Posted September 27, 2007 Share #3  Posted September 27, 2007 George  You will need to update your version of iPhoto. v4 is pretty old now, and will pre-date your camera by several years.  Apple - iLife - iPhoto  10.4.10 does support Leica RAW files itself.
