What Gives With Leica Customer Area?

Advertisement (gone after registration)

I went to the Leica "Three Companies In One" website and clicked on Customer Area to register my new lens and they do not recognize my account anymore. When I clicked on "forgot password" they say they don't recognize my email and no account exists. I tried to open a new account but when I entered my serial number for my M8 they say it already exists. I haven't changed anything so has there been a change that I'm not aware of for logging on?:confused:

Although I can get the forgotten password section to work, ie. they email me my password I'm also unable to access my account. When I enter my email address and password the system returns me back to the login page again. I suspect it's a temporary glitch but it may not be fixed until they return from vacation, that's 8th Jan I think.
