Tenor1 Posted December 19, 2008 Share #1 Posted December 19, 2008 Advertisement (gone after registration) I'm getting a D-lux-4 tomorrow and the shop doesn't have the viewfinder. Does it zoom or just view the wideangle? Thanks, Carlos Marques
Advertisement Posted December 19, 2008 Posted December 19, 2008 Hi Tenor1, Take a look here Does The Viewfinder for the D-lux-4 Zoom?. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
Bo_Lorentzen Posted December 19, 2008 Share #2 Posted December 19, 2008 Hello Carlos, No zooming in the optical viewfinder, just bright line for 24mm, personally I think it should also have a 60mm brightline.. but nobody listen to me.
ho_co Posted December 19, 2008 Share #3 Posted December 19, 2008 Carlos-- BTW, you have other choices for finders if you're interested. There's one from Panasonic, and both a Voigtländer and a Zeiss 25mm. But as Bo said, none of them zoom; there's no connection to the camera other than that they ride in its flash shoe. That is, they have no way to know where the lens is set.
Tenor1 Posted December 19, 2008 Author Share #4 Posted December 19, 2008 Thanks, I thought a thread mentioned zooming and I couldn't understand how that would happen. So it's for framing a shot. Thanks, Carlos Marques
