My question to the Digilux 2 owners, are the buttons, switches, and dial knobs metal or plastic? If there anything else, please feel free to share. I thank you all for your assistance in advance. There is no difference in the materials used for the buttons, dials, and switches of one camera versus the other and they will interchange if anybody ever decides to go the trouble of swapping them. The only difference is the color of the finish (all black for the LC1, all silver for the D2), the knurling on the shutter speed dial, and the shapes of the power, metering, and mode switches.
