Hi all

I just got the 2 films above (it has expired in August/September 2008).

I'm putting them in the fridge now.

I have some questions below:

1. Is it still ok to use this films (same result as non-expired)? I assume yes because it's just 2 months after the expiry date

2. Which are the best shooting scenes for both (other than ISO 800 suitable more for low light)? For example, maybe Kodak more for skin, wedding, people and fuji more for nature, etc?

Thanks in advance

Rgds

I'd not shoot anything important with outdated film--just smacks of arrogance to the Gods of light-tight boxes

You'd shoot the slower film (100 speed) outdoors and the slower (800 speed) indoors or dusk/twilight/night

Frankly, that series of Fuji films is extraordinarily grainy, even considering that it's faster speed--even with the 400 it was quite noticeable--and was difficult if not impossible to scan

Don't know much about the Kodak Pro line, never used it; but if you want to use some cheaper Kodak pick up some rolls of the UC 100 (it's been replaced by Ektar 100) at a discount
