elansprint72 Posted August 21, 2008 Author Share #4 Â Posted August 21, 2008 Thanks guys; before we reached the tree shown dead centre it was blowing old boots and raining like I don't know what. As a predominantly salt-water sailor I've always thought of pond and river men as a lesser breed- lesson learned, different set of problems, I guess. elansprint72 Posted August 25, 2008 Author Share #6  Posted August 25, 2008 Do you already have those lovely clouds over there? Superb capture Pete.  The huge clouds have been a feature of the weather this "Summer", massive rainfall with occasional sunshine.  wrt contrast; I sometimes struggle knowing how to present photos for this forum; I have two identical "calibrated" monitors yet the shots don't appear exactly the same. Goodness knows what the rest of you are seeing on your monitors! :D  Thanks for commenting.
