Rogwp Posted August 11, 2008 Share #1 Posted August 11, 2008 Advertisement (gone after registration) Hi, I recently acquired a R4 but the depth of field lever is missing and the metal part will not move. How does the lever work? Does it rotate to operate or push in towards the lens? What is the best way to get it to move? Also, in the lens mount above the lever location is a small tab with a pin in it. This is bent down. Should it be bent or parallel with the flange. Does anyone have a picture of the lever showing how it moves, or of the lens mount? Many thanks in advance. Roger

Rogwp Posted August 11, 2008 Author Share #5 Posted August 11, 2008 Yes that's perfect Andy. Mine looks the same (except it's black:) ). So, how does the depth of field lever work? It looks as if you turn it away from the body, towards the front of the lens? Thanks again, Roger

andybarton Posted August 11, 2008 Share #9 Posted August 11, 2008 You'll need to send it to a specialist, who will have the parts, or find a broken one on eBay to cannibalise.
