They shipped the camera out on July 20, I received it on July 23. Completely repair. I am impressed with there service. I was expecting at least 4 weeks. But more believable than 2 week service turnaround from Leica. :-) Seriously, I'd hope that they are improving their service - it has been very slow for me in the past.
