Β I don't think so, he had the opportunity to use an SLR for the last 50 years of his life but decided to stick with a rangefinder. I'm guessing part of the reason for that was that he liked the idea of everything in the viewfinder being in focus since he was looking for patterns a lot of the time - didn't he say that photography was just geometry or something similar?
