alanwong3 Posted June 9, 2008 Share #1 Posted June 9, 2008 Advertisement (gone after registration) My WATE's aperture ring got that nice click at every aperture stop just like every Leica lens; however, I found that when switched to 21mm focal length, the aperture ring won't click at f/4 although it can reach that aperture. It only happen when using 21mm focal length and at f/4. I felt a slight resistance at f/4. Can someone check this for me if you have it please? Thank you very much. graeme_clarke Posted June 9, 2008 Share #2 Posted June 9, 2008 I've just tried my Wate - the aperture ring moves and clicks into place from f5.6 to f4 in exactly the same way with the focal length set at 16, 18 or 21mm. Graeme

bzange Posted June 20, 2008 Share #4 Posted June 20, 2008 Mine "clicks" aswell but when I bought it I tried one out at the shop and it had the same problem - so they gave me another one. Seems a common problem, surely easy to be fixed by Leica....
