mobilexile Posted April 9, 2008 Share #4 Posted April 9, 2008 Wow, a twelve day turn on the repair. Wish I were so lucky. They received my D-LUX 3 on March 18. I've been quoted a six to eight week turn -- May 1 the expected finish date. While the customer service department is friendly I'd really appreciate being able to track progress on their website (Leica) -- my serial number and repair order number go unrecognized.
