Rolo Posted April 3, 2008 Share #21 Posted April 3, 2008 Advertisement (gone after registration) Maybe because that's your first 'decision'. Why do we carry on shooting then ? That's as opposed to moving on. The definition of keepers is different for all of us and for me it changes all the time. It was easy when there was one good image a month, that's what I'd work on in the darkroom and it became a keeper whilst there might be a good print in it. With digital, there's trash + duplicates, selects, prints. Of course, until recently, there was original RAW complete, Jpeg backups, selected RAW, select TIFFS, jpeg 6x4, final print files, plus a backup of the original RAW on another drive and a CD backup copy. When a shoot is 1,000 images, that's a lot of stuff. Order has been restored ! Rolo
