Which R lenses for Portrait photography, and general "shoot-about"

OMG, I have no self-control.

 

I went by my Leica dealer to talk to him about various R lenses. The Berlin Leica boutique has hundreds of lenses for sale, and I promptly put down a nice deposit on a used (B to C-grade) 80mm f/1.4. He's going to get it ROM'd for me, and I will pay for it when it comes back.

 

...and I stared wistfully at a 28-90mm... but I will be selling some gear first.
