I would suggest that since the image is so linear, the color here would have helped. In B&W you need certain strong and simple elements to hold the image together. Here it so compressed into a tiny little web image its hard to appreciate, now if this was on a wall, it might hold up in B&W. Thanks for sharing..which lens did you use..the 50mm cron?
