I'm in UK ARTE is free to air, so if you have digital satelite receiver, turn satellite dish to ASTRA 19,2 degree east or HOTBIRD 13 degree east. We have a digital receiver but I don't have a satelite dish and all this other fancy gear. Can I tune in my digital receiver to receive ARTE..? Sorry to ask stupidly these technical questions.
