The instructions manual for use offered for download do not take into account the new 4.0,0 firmware. When will the update be made?

for updates its usually  "release notes", though they sometimes update the  pdf of the manual after a major update

If you download the manual for the Q3 MONOCHROM you will get pretty complete instructions for version 4.0 Q3/Q3-43/Q3M firmware.  It is not exactly the same as a manual specifically for the Q3/Q3-43 (i.e. The Tracking option in the "Autofocus Modes" menu choice that the Q3/Q3-43 have is not listed as the Q3M doesn't have that specific ability).  For the most part all the new menu choices and icons are explained (as well as they are in any other manual).
