Last update Q3 28 mm- bug - camera don’t start

I update with last upgrade the 18 December 25 with my phone. I load the new firmware. I load  the update to my camera. My camera start (with my iPhone). The q3 seems to receive the update (button is green). And after. I can’t start the camera. When I try to plug with usb c. No signal. 
My Q3 can’t start. None signal. No screen. No green button. No possibility to chage the battery. No signal of charging. Finally, my Q3 is dead and it worked just before the update.
