Bliz Posted 3 hours ago Share #1 Posted 3 hours ago Advertisement (gone after registration) In autumn ‘26 I have planned a month traveling through china, mainly the center-southwest (Shaanxi, Sichuan etc). I know in china it’s very common to have luggage control in train stations, historic sites etc. In your experience how it is traveling with film in china? It’s reasonable to get hand checks without speaking Chinese? Are the X-ray machines usually common X-rays or ct scans? It’s worth trying to shoot some film as a tourist or I’ll end up only with some cooked rolls? Recently I traveled 3 weeks to Japan bringing 15 rolls from Europe and I had zero problems, but there wasn’t much to worry about once out of the airport.
