Or still actively using twenty year old images for marketing.

Today the MP, still showing the 50mm pre-aspherical Summilux v3 , which likely ceased production in 2003.

I guess they are showing off their best version 😎

which photo's green color is more true to life?  the green colors are so different in these photos, not only the lenses, but also the safari bodies.

I have been reading your message various times to understand the question as it seems to me all the photos are pretty close to actual body tint. At least they all actually resemble my camera.

Bear in mind that contrary to black (or silver) body the tint changes slightly depending on the light which is actually the case in everyday life.
And It’s pretty… to my eyes.

This said it seems the lenses have very similar tint … at least to my eyes again.

and this said, again, I much prefer the green body with a black or silver lenses than these green ones … but again that is a personal point of view and when I’ll actually see it mounted I may change mind.

I was talking about the products photos of post #1. I see different green colors both for lens and m11 safari. :)

Sure, I got that. The green of my camera changes color tint slightly all the time depending on the light. That’s why you see differences on the shots.
