Dang Van Phuc Posted 2 hours ago Share #1 Posted 2 hours ago Advertisement (gone after registration) I would like to request a diagnostic and repair for my Leica M11-P safari due to a recurring display issue. Issue description: The LCD screen becomes dark in the center and brighter toward the edges. This happens both in Live View and Playback mode. The captured images (DNG/JPG) are completely normal – only the display is affected. The issue usually appears after the camera has been used for a short period, even outdoors. If I turn the camera off and let it cool for a moment, the display returns to normal, but the problem comes back again after continued use. The dark area does not change with viewing angle, suggesting a hardware-related issue (LCD panel or display driver). What I have checked: Battery level is normal. Firmware is up to date. No impact from settings or exposure modes. Issue appears even when simply playing back images. Based on the symptoms, this seems to be a hardware fault in the LCD module or display driver board. Please advise on the next steps for inspection and repair.
