Would cover 45x30mm sensor with +/-8mm shift or 36x24mm sensor +/-11mm. It has Leica L mount version, but no M or S mount version, I guess S mount could be a problem depend it’s native flange distance, but M should be fine with Nikon F to Leica M adapter.
