Hey folks loving the Q43 but can't find where in the menu I could disable persistent frame lines in the EVF-seemingly stuck at 60.

maybe I screwed something up when I assigned the 2 small buttons under the thumb rest to other things I found more useful-those being white balance and self timer.

maybe my search terms weren't well worded but...

thanks in advance and for reading!

EDIT I cannot thank one of you for the telepathically delivered answer found in the menu under Digital Zoom which somehow wasn't set at 43 but was at 60mm-changing that setting to 43 solved the issue. Wow

many thanks

x

yeah thanks I probably inadvertently did that while fumbling around trying to reassign one of the small buttons with my XLG thumbs

IMHO would be good if they associated the digital zoom menu with EVF frame lines somewhere for dummies like myself

cheers!

This has been debated for a while.

Not doing so allows you to see what is outside of the frame line via EVF.

Besides, it gives you the feelings how M camera works
